That self-correction cycle is a management skill. Detecting when output is flawed and considering how communication could improve, rather than blaming execution. And currently, this is growing increasingly pertinent beyond management. Every developer is increasingly overseeing AI agents. The better you articulate intent and distinguish goals from implementation paths, the better these agents perform. I didn’t anticipate this when I switched. But it’s among the aspects I cherish most.
