近日，东南大学博士生导师陈洪兵教授在小红书上说：自从博士扩招，博士由考试入学改为考核入学后，博士生源质量明显下降，博士们根本不读书，水平比硕士还差。所以近年来他都是劝退想读他的博士的考生们，先想清楚再读博，宁缺毋滥。混个博士学位一点用都没有，纯粹浪费教育资源！
